The national A-level tourist attractions are a set of normative and standardized quality rating systems. The quality levels of tourist attractions are divided into five levels. Thanks for the invitation. How to build 4A scenic spots is a big topic. I have been engaged in smart tourism for more than 4 years and have visited no less than 300 scenic spots, large and small. Now I will briefly share with you here.
First of all, regarding the scenic spot rating A. Scenic spots of 4A and below are rated by the provincial cultural and tourism bureaus (now the combined culture and tourism are called cultural and tourism departments or bureaus). Each scenic spot can achieve the 4A level by building relevant software and hardware and staffing according to the scoring standards. The ratings of the cultural and tourism bureaus of various places The rules may be different. Please refer to the scoring standards of local tourism authorities. I won’t go into details here. The scoring standards for 5A scenic spots refer to the scoring standards of the National Tourism Development Committee.
The construction of scenic spots has passed the rough era of occupying a hilltop, enclosing hundreds of acres of land, and building a few glass plank roads. How to be different and give tourists a warm tourism experience is the key. This requires us to carry out top-level planning before constructing the scenic spot. First of all, we need to figure out what the IP of our scenic spot is (referring to the cultural theme of the scenic spot), how to uniformly plan the construction of scenic spots and facilities around this IP, and how to interact with tourists so that tourists can integrate into the culture of the scenic spot.
It’s a bit hollow to just talk about reason. Here are a few examples to share with you.
For example, Hangzhou Songcheng is themed on the culture of the Song Dynasty. The city has brackets, cornices, and bustling traffic, which restores the urban style of the Song Dynasty. There are scenic spots such as Weird Street, Fairy Mountain, Shijing Street, Songcheng River, and thousand-year-old camphors, blacksmith shop, oil press shop, wine shop, etc. There are seventy-two rows of old workshops, including workshops. There are also large-scale singing and dancing performances such as “Songcheng Eternal Love”. I believe everyone has seen it on Douyin. The performance by the brothers and sisters of Songcheng in ancient costumes is undoubtedly a success. The number of annual visitors has reached tens of millions.
Compared with Song Dynasty, the Qingming Riverside Garden Scenic Area is even worse than the Qingming Riverside Garden. The Qingming Riverside Garden is based on the realistic painting “Qingming Riverside Scenery” by the painter Zhang Zeduan. It is built in accordance with the “Building Method” as the construction standard and based on the Song Dynasty street culture and It is a cultural theme park with themes of folk customs, royal gardens and ancient entertainment, and characterized by tourist participation and experience. The large-scale folk customs amusement park of the Song Dynasty concentrates on reproducing the original scenery and scenery, and reproduces the prosperous scenery of the ancient capital Bianjing for thousands of years. All tourists must wear Hanfu to enter the park. Tourists directly participate in the real cultural scenes of the scenic spot. This experience cannot be replaced by any modern equipment, and it is also something that tourists can remember for their entire lives.
The Xia Tianxia Scenic Area with the theme of martial arts culture has its own unique flavor. The Xia Tianxia Tourist Area is surrounded by thousands of hectares of rivers and lakes, hundreds of miles of Xia Valley, and tens of thousands of acres of green forest. It is the world’s realistic version of the world of landscape martial arts and the Xia Culture Landscape Experience Scenic Spot.
