Matisi Scenic Tourist Area is located 165 kilometers southeast of Sunan County, Gansu Province, 65 kilometers away from Zhangye City, bordering Minle County to the east, Kangle District to the west, Qinghai Qilian County to the south, and Minle County and Zhangye City to the north. It is about 73 kilometers long from east to west and 40 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 1908 square kilometers. The tourist area covers an area of 13.85 square kilometers. The average altitude of the scenic spot is about 2580 meters, the annual average temperature is 1-3℃, the frost-free period is 90-120 days, the sunshine hours are 2683 hours, and the annual average precipitation is 360-490 mm. Haichaoba Forest Park is located in the Qilian Mountains National Nature Reserve in Gansu Province, 10 kilometers away from Minle County, Gansu Province. In 1998, it was approved as a provincial A-level forest park by the Provincial Forestry Department, and in 2000, it was listed as a provincial A-level natural scenery tourist area by the Provincial Tourism Bureau. Zhang-Bian Expressway is an expressway from Zhangye City to Biandukou in Gansu Province. It is the connection line of the Beijing-Tibet National Expressway and an important part of the Gansu road network. It is also an important link between the northwest and southwest regions. The total length of the project is about 90 kilometers, passing through Ganzhou District, Liuba Town, and Minle County of Zhangye City. The maximum designed driving speed is 100 kilometers per hour. The Haichaoba Scenic Area is located at the eastern foot of the Xiaobudeke Ridge with an altitude of more than 4,500 meters on the main ridge of the Qilian Mountains. The gully is 5,027 meters above sea level, making it the highest peak in Minle County. The river flows north to the Yaogou mountain pass. The main river channel inside the mouth is about 22 kilometers long, and the drainage area outside the mountain pass is about 150 square kilometers.
