Danxia Mountain is located among the peaks near Shuitang Town, Pan County, with an altitude of 1,896 meters. It is said that there was a crane-shaped cloud in the sky during the Han Dynasty, so it was named “Danxia Mountain”. Biyun Cave

It is located in the suburbs of the ancient city of Pan County, Liupanshui City. It is 345 kilometers away from Guiyang City, 202 kilometers away from Liupanshui City, and 298 kilometers away from Kunming, Yunnan. There are Guikun Railway, Neikun Railway, Nankun Railway, Zhensheng Expressway, and National Highway 320 intersecting in Pan County. 3. Yuanyang Scenic Area

Because the North Gate is close to Qicai Town, many people prefer to choose the North Gate, so the bus queues in the scenic area are very long. If you drive from the North Gate to the West Gate, it only takes 10 minutes, parking is convenient, and there is basically no queue for the bus.
Danxia Mountain has two sub-scenic areas: Changlao Peak and Yuanyang Stone. Changlao Peak is easy to climb. Go down the mountain towards Yinyuan Stone, which is a bit steep. After seeing Yinyuan Stone, continue forward, which is faster.

5. Yuanyang Travel Guide
The best time is from December to April, around the Spring Festival.
The rice seedlings of Yuanyang’s terraces are planted in May, harvested in September, and irrigated in December. Considering the growth period of the terraces, the best time to photograph the terraces is from December to April. If you want to go sightseeing outside the terraces, the scenery is most beautiful in January and February. There are often seas of clouds in Xinjie Town around the Spring Festival. 3. There are many ethnic minority villages around the county town, but they are all on the mountains. 1.1 Go to Danxia Mountain
In front of the left exit of Shaoguan High-speed Railway Station is the Shaoguang Bus Station, which has a long-distance bus that runs to and from the Danxia Mountain Tourist Scenic Area. The bus stop sign is “Danxia Mountain Tourist Line” and the front window of the bus is marked “Shaoguan-Renhua”. The ticket is 22 yuan per person and runs every 30 minutes from 9:00 to 18:30 every day. Exit the outer gate of Danxia Mountain and walk along the right road about 150 meters away. There is a long-distance bus ticket station where you can buy long-distance bus tickets to Shaoguan High-speed Railway Station and Shaoguan East Station. There is also a long-distance bus to Guangzhou and Shenzhen before 9:30 am every day.
7. Tickets for Yangyuan Mountain Scenic Area
I will write something in detail this time. My home is not far from Danxia Mountain, about ten minutes by car. Because we locals both pay 30 yuan for annual and one-time passes, I basically apply for an annual pass every year. Every time I go home for vacation, I will go to Danxia Mountain for a tour, because every time I have a different feeling.
1. Danxia Mountain is divided into Danxia Mountain and Yangyuan Mountain. Danxia Mountain is better developed and has more routes. Generally, the main route goes to Danxia Mountain. The ticket you bought seems to be valid for 48 hours, and it includes both places. If you don’t want to waste it, you can climb both places.
2. The routes of Danxia Mountain used to be relatively fixed, that is, you go up one route and then come down the other side. However, in recent years, some new routes have been opened, which are the previous scientific expedition routes and are now open to tourists (PS: When applying for World Heritage, the grade of the answerer was selected as the cheerleading team and lined up at the mountain gate to welcome foreign experts). I have only been to the new route once, and I haven’t walked all the way, but the scenery is different. If you want to go to the new route, it is recommended to go in the morning, because it takes a long time. If you go in the afternoon, you don’t know whether to go forward or return halfway. 3. My favorite place is not the scenery of the top of the mountain, but the scenery of Jinshiyan halfway up the mountain, because the scenery there is really unique. I strongly recommend going here once, sitting on a bamboo chair under the pavilion in the temple, looking at the scenery halfway up the mountain, listening to the sound of nature and the blending of Buddhism, and smelling the scent of sandalwood. If the nun did not allow it, I would want to spend the night here. My photos cannot reflect my emotions. 4. Yangyuan Mountain is very steep. It is recommended not to climb after climbing Danxia Mountain, because if you do not return the same way, you have to go down the mountain from the other side. After coming down, you have to walk several kilometers along the road to get a car. You are so tired that you want to lie down, but you have to walk several kilometers to get a car. If you take the train, it is Shaoguan East Station, and the county bus from Renhua County will take you directly to the gate of Danxia Mountain every 15 minutes. 7. If you haven’t played enough in Renhua Danxia Mountain, you can go into the mountain to play, go to Hongshan to play.
